The English Association, Department of English, JDSG College organised an invited talk on the topic, “Partition of India: Impact and Literary depictions” on 23/03/2023 at the Video Conferencing Room. Eminent academician, Dr. Gayatree Bora Kakati, Associate Professor, Department of English, Kamargaon College was the resource person. She delivered an insightful talk encompassing various aspects of Partition of India. She based her lecture on the texts prescribed for the honours students. The students of English department of both JDSG College and Kamargaon College attended the talk. This interactive event is part of the Memorandum of Understanding between JDSG College and Kamargaon College.
