Felicitation Ceremony for the outgoing Final Year students organized by the Department of History, dated 19/06/25. The ceremony has been hosted for felicitating the final year students of the department for their excellent performance of securing cent pass percentage(no of students 48)in the recently held Dibrugarh University BA (CBCS) Examination,2025. June 19, 2025On 19th June, 2025, 74 Assam NCC (Girls) Coy, JDSG College organised rank ceremony of 12 cadets. The cadets were felicitated by Lt. Col. S. Zamkholun, Officer Commanding, principal of the College Dr. Jayanta Gogoi, ANO Lt. Hirimpa Saikia and IQAC Assistant Coordinator Dr. Chiranjib Dahal. The program was initiated by ANO Lt. Hirimpa Saikia and was attended by Dikshya Saikia, Assistant Professor, Deptt. Of Commerce, JDSG College. The cadets who received ranks include Ms. Joyamoni Rabha (Under Officer), Borsha Bori (Sergeant), Bonti Das (CPL), Dipamoni Charo (CPL), Senget Engtipi (CPL), Pritisha Hazarika (L/ CPL), Anju Doley, (L/ CPL), Pratima Bora (L/CPL), Mondira Kardong (L/CPL), Borsha Rani Das (L/CPL), Bhumika Patgiri (L/CPL) and Bogitota Doley (L/CPL).
June 19, 2025A Felicitation Ceremony was conducted by Department of History JDSG College Bokakhat on 19/6/2025 for the outgoing Final Year students .The ceremony has been hosted for felicitating the final year students of the department for their excellent performance of securing cent pass percentage(no of students 48)in the recently held Dibrugarh University BA (CBCS) Examination,2025. The ceremony aimed to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the students and to inspire them to continue striving for excellence. Dr Jayanta Gogoi and Lt. Col. S Zamkholun, OC has been the guest of honour at the ceremony. Apart from them all the faculty members of the History department and students present at the event .
In the beginning of the event Sneha Mazumdar who has secured 17th position was felicitated by Dr Jayanta Gogoi principal of the JDSG college, Jyotika Doley who has secured 22th position was felicitated by Lt. Col. S Zamkholun and Nayantara Pegu who has secured 32 th position was felicitated by Dr Bijoy Sarma , Head of the History Department. Dr Jayanta Gogoi , principal of the college addressed the gathering, expressing pride in students’ accomplishments and emphasizing the importance of perseverance and hard work. Guest speaker Lt Col. S Zamkholun , graced the event and delivered an inspiring address, congratulating the students and offering guidance for their future pursuits.Then Dr Bijoy sarma, (HoD)and Dr Chiranjib Dahal , Amarjit Hazarika , Akashi Phukan and Moyuresh Borthakur faculty members of the History department delivered their valuable speeches. Some of the students who were present at the event also expressed their gratitude to the institution and shared their experiences.
