Dance Workshop at JDSG College
A special Dance Workshop organised by JDSG College, Bokakhat, in association with Nrityanjali Kala Kendra, Dergaon, began at the college auditorium on 26 February 2026 with a vibrant audition round that saw enthusiastic student participation.
The Principal, Dr. Jayanta Gogoi, inaugurated the event and welcomed resource persons Santumoni Sharma and Alympica Bhuyan, who were felicitated during the ceremony.
In his brief address, the Principal highlighted the importance of artistic skill development alongside academics. The resource persons interacted with participants during the auditions, assessing their abilities and outlining the upcoming training modules.
The workshop aims to provide professional-level exposure, refine dance techniques, and encourage creativity among students.
